Social media has undeniably transformed the way we communicate. While critics argue it diminishes real connection, I contend that the platforms themselves are neutral — it is how we use them that determines their impact.

Before
Struggled with Writing & Speaking — convinced I needed special 'structures' and 'techniques'
After
Overall 8.5 (9 R&L, 8 W&S) — wrote naturally, kept language academic
At the very beginning, my base was pretty solid, as I had already prepared for and taken the SAT, but I still had significant issues with the Writing and Speaking parts of IELTS. I, like many people, heard a lot about special "structures" and "techniques" and was convinced that I had to use them to pass IELTS.
However, after taking Alisher's Writing Marathon, I realized how misled I was. On my test, I didn't really follow any of those blueprints; rather, I tried my best to sound as natural as possible while still keeping my language academic and formal. As a result, I got an overall score of 8.5 (9 R&L, 8 W&S)!
“I loved my lessons with Alisher because though he did teach me (and he did it very well!), he still maintained that friendly vibe:) He was very involved during the lessons, and was ready to help everyone with basically anything. Also, I used many of his tips later when I was preparing for the test on my own, so the price was totally worth it!”

Before
Writing 4.0 · Speaking 6.0
After
Overall 8.0 · Writing 7.0 · Speaking 8.0
Before working with Alisher, I already had strong informal and creative writing skills — I had won FLEX and several essay contests. However, I struggled with academic writing, especially grammar and IELTS-specific requirements.
The biggest shift was understanding that ignoring mistakes only holds you back, and that every detail needs to be worked through. Alisher never lets you give up halfway and works through every single error until it's fully understood and fixed. With this approach, gaps don't stay gaps — they completely disappear. Over time, my writing became much more confident and controlled.
“Working with Alisher feels like having a mentor who genuinely refuses to let you fail and knows exactly how to turn your weaknesses into strengths.”

Writing stuck at 5.5–6.0 — struggled with the writing section despite practicing L&R
After
Writing 7.5 · Overall 8.0 in just 1 month
Before mentoring, usually my score for the writing section was around 5.5-6.0. I had been practicing the listening and reading section; however, I really struggled with the writing section.
After a couple of lessons with Mr. Alisher, I could literally feel the progress. Although I had attended Mr. Alisher's course for only one month, my writing skills improved rapidly. The advice I received in every single lesson changed my approach to completing tasks significantly. On the official IELTS, I got 7.5 on the writing section, and 8.0 overall score.
“The work with Mr. Alisher is incredibly beneficial, and I think that none of the 8 lessons that I had were wasted. Each lesson, feedback from the teacher very accurately showed the weak and strong sides of my writing.”

The cohort has 5 seats. Every one of them is filled deliberately. The diagnostic call is the first step.
A 30-minute call where I look at a writing sample, ask you to speak for a few minutes, and tell you exactly where you're at — your current band, what's capping it, and whether the cohort is the right next move.
If the diagnostic confirms you're ready, you join the next cohort. Five students maximum. You get live lessons, speaking sessions, and every essay marked with examiner-level feedback until you hit your band.
